Academic Background: He holds a PhD in Law from the Institute of Legal Research of UNAM, a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property and Information Society Law from the University of Alicante, Spain, and completed postgraduate studies in Copyright and Related Rights at the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina. He is a specialist in Intellectual Property Law from Universidad Panamericana and holds a Law degree from the Faculty of Law of UNAM.
Teaching Activity: He has been a professor of Intellectual Property for more than 22 years, teaching in both the Postgraduate and Undergraduate programs at the Faculty of Law of UNAM and at Universidad Panamericana.
