Dolores Sancha has a Law degree from the University of Cantabria and a Master’s in Business Legal Advice from the University of Deusto. She began her career in a multidisciplinary firm based in Barcelona, specializing in Intellectual Property and M&A in international transactions, eventually leading the corporate area as a partner of the firm. From this position, she advised, among other multinationals, the Bertelsmann group companies in Spain and Latin America as well as media companies on intellectual and industrial property matters. In 2019, she joined Penguin Random House Grupo Editorial as Legal Director, leading the legal and copyright area.
